Job summary

Belltower Fund Group is seeking a Fund Migrations Senior Manager to lead fund accounting, migrations, and client service. You will guide teams through onboarding, reporting, and capital activity while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations to automate processes.

You will mentor managers and drive continuous improvement, with a focus on scalable workflows, quality control, and client outcomes in a remote-first environment across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in public accounting, fund administration, fund accounting, or investment operations.
• CPA license strongly preferred.
• 5+ years leadership experience managing managers and accounting/operations teams.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 946, fund structures, capital activity, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs and fund migrations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to use metrics to drive performance and scale service delivery.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for scalable processes and innovation.
• Instinct to question processes and use AI to build better ones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team handling fund accounting operations and migrations.
• Provide oversight of onboarding, accounting operations, and financial reporting.
• Coach and develop managers and individual contributors with regular feedback.
• Set standards, KPIs, and quality controls to drive consistency and improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to automate processes.
• Handle escalations on complex accounting and client issues with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee resource planning, capacity, and prioritization to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Drive operational excellence and standardize workflows across fund teams.
• Build trusted relationships with investors, auditors, and legal counsel.
• Explore AI and automation opportunities to optimize workflows.
