Job summary

Shatterproof is seeking a Senior Manager of Emerging Programs to scale national peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives, including Endurance, Create Your Own Fundraiser, and Walk Your Way. You will build strategy, systems, and a connected portfolio, engaging athletes, event creators, and fundraisers as core constituents.

Reporting to the VP of Peer-to-Peer Fundraising, you will drive participation and revenue, partner with Marketing, Volunteer Engagement, and Corporate teams, and nurture donor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least 5–7 years of fundraising experience.
• Proven success growing a fundraising program, portfolio, or revenue stream.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and stewarding fundraisers, athletes, or volunteers.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
• Ability to travel as needed for meetings, races, and events; occasional nights/weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual plan, budget, and performance for Endurance, CYOF, and Walk Your Way programs.
• Set growth goals, define metrics for participation, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Lead CYOF as an event lab and apply insights to other programs.
• Identify and launch new fundraising opportunities and innovations.
• Collaborate with Senior Director and cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
