Bridges Homeward in Cambridge, MA seeks a Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Manager to lead and grow the organization's peer-to-peer fundraising programs, including community campaigns, online challenges, and donor-driven events.

You will recruit volunteers, build relationships with supporters, collaborate with Development, Marketing, and Programs teams, and manage campaign data in the CRM to report results and inform strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in fundraising with 2+ years in peer-to-peer fundraising.
• Proven ability to meet fundraising goals and drive revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow P2P fundraising programs across campaigns and events.
• Recruit, motivate, and support volunteers and donors.
• Collaborate with Development, Marketing, and Programs teams.
• Manage campaign data in the CRM and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Identify new engagement strategies to boost donor impact.
• Support the director of development and communications team.
