Job summary

Shatterproof is seeking a Senior Manager of Emerging Programs to lead Endurance, Create Your Own Fundraiser (CYOF), and Walk Your Way within our national peer-to-peer fundraising portfolio. You will shape strategy, drive growth, and build systems that engage athletes, fundraisers, and event creators to maximize participation and revenue.

Reporting to the VP of Peer-to-Peer, you will partner with Volunteer Engagement, Marketing, and Corporate teams, turning data and partnerships into scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and proven fundraising leadership.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in peer-to-peer fundraising or endurance/event-based fundraising.
• Track record of growing fundraising programs and donor pipelines.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and stewarding fundraisers, athletes, or volunteers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build programs from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own annual plan, budget, and performance across Endurance, CYOF, and Walk Your Way.
• Set growth goals for each program and define metrics for participation, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Grow relationships with race organizers and partners to expand events.
• Develop athlete journeys and coaching to drive engagement and fundraising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy with organizational priorities.
