Job summary

Shatterproof is seeking a Senior Manager of Emerging Programs to lead Endurance, CYOF, and Walk Your Way fundraising initiatives on a national scale. You will design strategy, build systems, and collaborate across Volunteer Engagement, Marketing, and Corporate teams to drive participation and revenue.

You will own annual plans, budgets, and success metrics, recruit and coach fundraisers, and partner with DonorDrive and Salesforce to optimize donor journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; measurable fundraising or program management experience preferred.
• Experience growing fundraising programs, including donor stewardship and events.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships across volunteer engagement, marketing, and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual plan, budget, and performance for Endurance, CYOF, and Walk Your Way as a connected portfolio.
• Set growth goals with metrics for participation, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Lead program strategy, build systems, and drive cross-program learning and innovation.
• Identify new fundraising opportunities and partner with donor channels to cultivate supporters.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Fundraising Strategy and Operations to ensure data, platforms, and reporting support program delivery.
