This role calls for an entrepreneurial, community-first orientation, seeing our athletes, fundraisers, and event creators not as transactions but as some of our most personally connected constituents, and building experiences that help them engage, fundraise, return year after year, and grow into deeper, longer‑term supporters of Shatterproof’smission. The role works in close partnership with the Volunteer Engagement, Marketing, and Corporate teams, recognizing that durable program growth is built with the broader organization, not in isolation.
