Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Digital Technology Senior Manager to own solution architecture for global manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality.

This remote US role will partner with DT, cybersecurity/IT-OT teams, external suppliers, and delivery partners to translate strategy into scalable technology solutions. You will drive end-to-end designs across ERP, MES, analytics, and data platforms, ensure adoption, manage risks, and lead change across factory teams to deliver measurable

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, supply chain, operations, business administration, or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in manufacturing/systems/enterprise applications or digital transformation.
• Experience leading business process design, solution design, requirements management, functional architecture, integration testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of ERP, MES, PLM, analytics, workflow tools, and connected data solutions.

Aufgaben

• Execute the functional roadmap and solution architecture for digital manufacturing capabilities (Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, analytics).
• Lead requirements discovery, process mapping, functional specs, data requirements, and acceptance criteria end-to-end.
• Serve as the solution leader across manufacturing operations, sourcing, quality, finance, and IT-OT teams.
• Define end-to-end designs across ERP, MES, analytics platforms, security roles, and master data.
• Translate business needs into architecture decisions, epics, features, and testable outcomes.
