Otis Elevator Co. is hiring a Digital Technology Senior Manager to own the architecture and leadership of digital manufacturing solutions for global factories.

You will drive the roadmap, manage requirements, and oversee integrations across ERP/MES, analytics, and data platforms while reducing customization and enhancing visibility. The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing tech, strong collaboration with IT/OT, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, deployable

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, computer science, supply chain, operations, or business administration.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/engineering systems, supply chain tech, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience in business process design, solution design, and requirements management.
• Strong understanding of ERP, PLM, MES, analytics, and data solutions.
• Experience translating complex business needs into scalable design and testable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Execute roadmap and architecture for digital manufacturing capabilities (Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, analytics).
• Lead requirements, process mapping, and traceability from business need to deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners to align priorities and designs.
• Define end-to-end solution designs across ERP, MES, analytics, and integrations.
• Drive adoption, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
