Job summary

Warner Music Group’s Nashville Shared Services Center seeks a Sr. Manager, Digital Accounts, Order to Cash to lead AR, invoicing, cash application and revenue assurance for Digital revenues across the Recorded Music and Publishing segments.

You will own cash forecasting, bad debt management, and work with FP&A, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and SOX compliance. Responsibilities include contract reviews for royalty streams, coordination with DSPs and partners, and

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive experience in Finance Operations, shared services, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and related OTC processes.
• Deep expertise in ASC 606/IFRS 15 and strong data governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital and Royalty Stream AR team, overseeing invoices, collections, cash application, and Revenue Assurance.
• Own cash forecasting, bad debt management, and liaison with stakeholders across the organization.
• Review contracts for terms, advances, payments, and royalty-related revenue recognition.
• Manage and develop both internal and offshore resources to improve processes.
