CAF America is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Privacy & AI Governance to lead the organization's data protection strategy and AI governance across jurisdictions. You will develop policies, oversee risk management, and collaborate with IT, legal, and philanthropy teams to ensure compliant, ethical use of AI in cross-border philanthropy.

You will guide privacy training, monitor regulatory developments, and act as deputy to senior leaders as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of data privacy and governance experience.
• Experience with AI governance and risk management.
• Ability to navigate global data protection laws for nonprofits.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory requirements into clear policies.
