Accuray Incorporated in Madison, WI (Hybrid) or Remote (U.S.) seeks a senior Data Privacy and Responsible AI Manager to assess privacy risks, advise on data governance, and support the responsible AI program across enterprise systems, SaaS, and third-party relationships.

You will partner with Legal, Security, IT, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, UK GDPR, and cross-border transfers, and you will lead PIAs and DPIAs, contract privacy reviews, and AI risk assessments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in privacy, compliance, information security, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience conducting PIAs and DPIAs as an individual contributor.
• Experience reviewing DPAs and privacy-related contractual clauses.
• Strong knowledge of global privacy principles and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to communicate clearly to business, technical, and security stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and guide to completion with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Assess privacy risks across enterprise processes, systems, vendors, and initiatives.
• Provide risk-based guidance on data collection, use, sharing, retention, and international transfers.
• Conduct PIAs and DPIAs for new or materially changed processing activities and third-party services.
• Review DPAs, BAAs, and privacy-related contract terms for vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Security and Legal on privacy risk assessments and incident response support.
• Support global privacy regulatory compliance including HIPAA, GDPR, UK GDPR and cross-border transfers.
• Support implementation of Accuray's responsible AI governance program and AI risk assessments.
