Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Governance, to lead enterprise-wide governance capabilities ensuring trustworthy data and responsible AI. You will partner with the Director of Data Governance & AI Governance to translate regulatory expectations into scalable products, platforms, and operating models.

You will oversee policy automation, metadata platforms, lineage, quality monitoring, model registries, and responsible AI controls, guiding discovery, prioritizing features, and delivering

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with extensive relevant experience.
• 10+ years in product management, data governance, analytics platforms, or AI governance.
• 5+ years in data platforms, governance tools, or enterprise AI capabilities.
• 5+ years working with AI/ML model lifecycle, governance, risk, transparency.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into product features.
• 5+ years Agile delivery, backlog management, and writing epics and stories.

Responsibilities

• Define AI Governance strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to roadmap delivery.
• Translate governance requirements into platform capabilities.
• Structured discovery with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Data Eng, and business teams.
• Advise on governance operating models.
• Oversee development of model registries, risk tools, and monitoring.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with AI regulations.
• Champion responsible AI with fairness and transparency.
• Enable adoption with training and change management.
• Mentor analysts and governance SMEs.
• Create playbooks for model evaluations and privacy assessments.
• Drive change management and training.
