Accuris is building a new customer growth marketing capability to expand value for our existing customers. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Growth Marketing to design and run programs that accelerate adoption, upsell, and cross-sell across the installed base.

The role emphasizes measurable pipeline and ARR and requires turning customer, product, and commercial data into targeted campaigns. The successful candidate will move quickly, launching initial programs while shaping a longer-term

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with revenue impact.
• Proven ability to drive upsell and expansion through lifecycle programs.
• Experience marketing complex SaaS/data solutions.
• Strong segmentation, lifecycle and ABM expertise.

Responsibilities

• Build the Customer Growth Engine across upsell, cross-sell, adoption and expansion.
• Launch campaigns for priority customer segments and measure impact.
• Turn customer data into actionable audiences, plays and programs.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with campaigns, messaging and plays.
• Improve adoption and deepen value across Accuris offerings.
• Partner with Finance, Product and Revenue teams to track pipeline and ARR.
