Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, business systems, or a closely related function.
• Experience leading strategic, cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Track record of owning third party relationships with vendors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Develop the business systems roadmap for a scaling Expert Insights organization.
• Lead cross-functional programs focused on workflow optimization and automation to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Analyze system usage and vendor performance; provide reporting to executives and stakeholders.
• Design and implement workflow automations to reduce manual work and standardize processes.
• Oversee vendor partnerships and end-to-end evaluation, testing, and onboarding of AI tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, IT, Procurement and Accounting to align requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead a team of two Associates.
