Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Account Management to lead a global team of Commercial Account Managers focused on growing and retaining large accounts between SMB and Mid-Market. The role is primarily remote with periodic travel to coordinate across regions.

You will drive revenue targets, optimize pipelines, and ensure CRM alignment while coaching executives through negotiations and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international sales experience, US market preferred.
• 2+ years of sales leadership experience mentoring teams.
• Strong track record in B2B sales with complex deals.
• Excellent negotiation and contractual skills.
• Proficient in pipeline management and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed commercial revenue goals through a team of Account Managers.
• Set and optimize pipeline targets with aligned KPIs.
• Drive sales methodology and CRM alignment with sales ops.
• Coach Account Executives on prospecting, qualifying, and closing.
• Implement disciplined pipeline planning with leadership for forecasting.
• Oversee use of Motive’s product suite and negotiate value with customers.
• Provide leadership with forecasts and growth/risk analyses.
• Support demos and negotiate complex or high-value deals.
