somewhere is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead high‑value client relationships, drive retention, and ensure long‑term satisfaction across our portfolio. As the strategic bridge between enterprise clients and our design and operations teams, you will translate requests into clear briefs, monitor velocity, and escalate issues to keep projects on track.

This remote role based on LATAM and South Africa priorities requires 4+ years in account management within an agency or productized service

Competenze

4+ years of experience in a Senior Account Manager, Client Success Lead, or Agency Relationship Manager role.
Deep understanding of creative workflows (graphic design, motion design, branding) and subscription/agency models.
Proven ability to manage client relationships, drive retention, and reduce churn.
High ownership, organization, and independent problem solving.
