Job summary

AMSURG is seeking a Sr Manager, Clinical Training and Development to design, coordinate and evaluate education programs that support Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and corporate teammates. Remote-first role with collaboration across clinical leaders, operations, and ASC administrators.

You will lead education initiatives, integrate evidence-based practices, and track outcomes using LMS and performance metrics, focusing on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in education, training, or professional development, including clinical setting.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical education experience, including curriculum development, facilitation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of education programs and learning resources for clinical quality, patient safety, and compliance.
• Partner with clinical leadership to identify learning needs and develop education solutions.
• Build collaborative relationships with center leadership, clinical teams, and operations to support initiatives.
• Integrate evidence-based practices and organizational priorities into education programs.
