North America’s leading business solutions provider is seeking a Sr. Manager Client Services to lead large-scale programs, drive client satisfaction and growth.

You will manage day-to-day client needs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and guide events and promotions from planning to post-analysis. The role emphasizes strategic planning, relationship building with clients and retailers, and budget tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in consumer products, brand, agency or sales.
• Experience in event execution and/or sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation, project management, research, analysis and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-term strategic plans to exceed client goals and company priorities.
• Support internal or external clients with day-to-day program management, proposals, research, status reports and budget tracking.
• Build and maintain client and retailer relations to enable clear cross-functional execution.
• Oversee event/program management including timelines, costs, analyses, and SOP-based reporting.
• Train, coach and supervise direct reports.
• Set goals and operational objectives; delegate tasks to team members.
