You will manage day-to-day client needs, strengthen key client and retailer relationships, and oversee research, status reporting, and budget tracking aligned with Experiential services and company goals. The role emphasizes strategic initiatives, client management, and cross-department collaboration, with opportunities for growth and impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of of CPG industry, sales and marketing agency, Customer, or Client experience.
• Experience in event execution and / or sales preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop short-term strategic plans to exceed client goals and deliver on company priorities
• Provide support for internal or external clients with day-to-day program management, proposal development, research projects, status reports, meeting recaps, and budget tracking
• Develop effective client and retailer relations to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments to ensure that deliverables are successfully achieved.
• Event/Program Management, to potentially include program timeline development and management, cost management, pre- and post-promotional analysis, and reporting based on outlined SOPs and best practices.
• Train, coach, and supervise direct report(s)
• Sets goals and operational objectives to achieve operational results. Delegate tasks as appropriate for direct reports
