Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Client and Event Manager to oversee experiential marketing campaigns from start to finish, including timeline development, budget management, reporting and invoicing. You will foster client and retailer relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met.

In this remote role, you will supervise staff, manage cross-functional communications, and make autonomous decisions to support campaign goals. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in consumer products, brand, or agency.
• Experience in event execution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform project management duties for experiential campaigns including tracking, timelines, budgets and reporting.
• Supervise team members and monitor daily reporting and task performance.
• Make autonomous decisions to meet campaign goals.
• Develop client and retailer relationships to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments.
• Monitor and adjust project budgets and billing; oversee timeline revisions.
