Ziply Fiber is seeking a Senior Manager for Billing and Payments Software Development to lead end-to-end platforms across DPI, GTV, and legacy systems from Kirkland, WA. This role owns rating, invoicing, payments, and posting while driving an AI-first modernization roadmap that reduces manual work and revenue leakage, improving customer trust.

Collaborate with Product, Care, Operations, Finance, ERP, and Security to deliver scalable, reliable billing solutions in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years in billing/payments/revenue systems or fintech/telecom monetization.
• 3+ years in people leadership or cross-functional leadership.
• Experience in multi-platform ecosystem with billing engines and payment gateways.
• Understanding of payment processing concepts (authorization, settlement, reconciliation).

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end billing platform stability across services.
• Ensure accurate rating, invoicing, and bill delivery across systems.
• Lead incidents, RCA, and preventive fixes for billing/payments defects.
• Define and execute AI-first modernization roadmap for integrated billing engines.
