Job summary

Payabli, the Intelligent Fintech Operating System, is seeking an analytical FP&A Manager – Payments & Billing to join the Finance team. This role focuses on financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making around payments billing operations and embedded finance revenue models.

You will work with the CFO, lead billing operations, management reporting, and partner with Product and Engineering to drive billing automation. Strong modeling and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–5+ years in payments/fintech with FP&A or financial operations background.
• Experience building 3-statement models and unit economics frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue, gross margin, and contribution profit across products, customers, and partners.
• Develop driver-based models to forecast GMV/TPV, take rate, revenue yield, and unit economics.
• Support scenario planning and sensitivity analyses for new products, pricing strategies, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning.
