Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in benefits management and program administration.
• Experience designing benefits strategy with market benchmarking.
• Knowledge of benefits compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analysis, project management, and stakeholder skills.
• CEBS, CBP, or SHRM designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve benefits strategy to support talent attraction and retention.
• Partner with brokers and internal teams on plan design, funding, and policy decisions.
• Lead vendor RFPs, selection, and contract negotiation for value and service levels.
• Coach the benefits administrator and coordinator, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Direct Open Enrollment and wellness event planning with a customer-focused approach.
• Translate benefits data into insights for senior leadership and governance.
