Job summary

Marketbridge, a leading B2B marketing partner, seeks a Senior Manager, Search Engine Marketing. The role steers paid search strategy and execution across major accounts, combining strategic leadership with hands-on SEM expertise to drive demand, pipeline, and revenue.

You will guide planning, optimization, and automation initiatives, collaborating with analytics, CRM, and strategy teams while working remotely in EST hours in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEM / paid search experience across multiple client accounts.
• Demonstrated B2B SEM experience with longer sales cycles and pipeline impact.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including structure and bidding.
• Proven ability to tie paid search to leads, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting spend, and CPA/ROAS targets.
• Strong tracking and attribution knowledge (GA4, GTM).
• Experience mentoring SEM teammates and collaborating with analytics, strategy, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEM strategy and execution across client accounts, focusing on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Translate client goals into paid search plans with KPIs and testing roadmaps.
• Oversee account structure, keyword strategy, bidding, and creative testing.
• Manage SEM budgets, pacing, and performance against CPA, ROAS, and revenue targets.
• Drive automation and advanced bidding strategies for efficiency and scale.
• Analyze performance trends and distill insights for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and strategy teams to integrate SEM.
