Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering/application development experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership and/or engineering management experience.
• Hands-on architecture and solution design experience.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot development background.
• Extensive REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations experience.
• Experience designing cloud solutions on AWS.
• Event-driven and distributed architectures experience.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical programs and distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and modern software practices.
• Exposure to AI-assisted software development or AI workflow tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise applications and modernization initiatives.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Java, APIs, microservices, AWS, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop high-level and low-level solution designs and ensure successful implementation.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5–7 engineering resources.
• Drive projects from design through production delivery and govern technical standards.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Lead development of cloud applications using modern AWS architecture patterns.
• Promote microservices, event-driven architectures, reusable services, and API-first design.
• Oversee enterprise API and integration design, security, and governance.
• Support adoption of AI-assisted development tools and autonomous workflows.
• Champion Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, quality engineering, and observability.
