Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations to lead cybersecurity risk management across a growing portfolio of acquisitions and divestitures.

You will provide operational leadership for portfolio execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, translate deal priorities into plans, and deliver repeatable processes and clear executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity and risk management experience.
• Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity, technology, and business requirements into actionable operating plans.
• Strong executive communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, or complex business transformations.

Responsibilities

• Manage A&D cybersecurity portfolio governance and reporting.
• Coordinate post-close integration workstreams and dependencies.
• Lead resource planning and contractor coordination for A&D cybersecurity capability.
• Improve playbooks, templates, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, ISRM, and IT teams.
• Provide delivery leadership and guidance to matrixed teams.
