Job summary

World Fuel is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to join the National Transport team. This role supports a 24/7/365 dispatch operation, coordinating drivers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time fuel deliveries.

You will analyze requirements, optimize scheduling, and drive service improvements while balancing customer needs with operational efficiency. Remote work is possible based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating transportation activities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and hazardous materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Transportation Operations and daily dispatch schedules.
• Analyze fuel delivery requirements and inventory to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Lead relationships with drivers, carriers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Resolve escalated service issues and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure safety, compliance and timely deliveries in a 24/7 environment.
• Support performance reporting and transportation analytics.
