Qualifications

• 3+ years of dispatching, transportation, logistics, supply chain or related operational experience.
• Experience coordinating transportation activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation operations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: experience in petroleum or fuel transport; degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and analyze fuel delivery requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers, customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and profitability.
• Support transportation analytics and reporting.
