Charter Senior Living is seeking an energetic Sales Specialist for the Midwest Region in a remote capacity. The role drives occupancy growth, leads the sales cycle, and supports community teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences for seniors and their families.

Ideal candidates bring senior living, hospitality, or leasing sales experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to travel between communities as needed. This is a full-time remote position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, leasing, or sales.
• Assisted living or memory care experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support occupancy and revenue goals across assigned communities.
• Assist with inquiry management, tours, and follow-up processes.
• Improve conversion ratios: inquiry-to-tour, tour-to-deposit, deposit-to-move-in.
• Provide sales coaching and training to community teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement marketing plans and events.
