Responsibilities

• Support occupancy and revenue goals across communities.
• Manage inquiries, tours, and follow-up processes.
• Improve conversion from inquiry to tour, tour to deposit, deposit to move-in.
• Provide training and guidance to community teams.
• Maintain strong presentation standards and customer service.
