Job summary

Charter Senior Living is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to support occupancy growth across our communities in Illinois and Wisconsin. This remote role covers the Remote IL or WI area, with a pay range of $90,000–$110,000 per year.

You will drive occupancy growth through relationship-based selling, manage inquiries, conduct tours, and support community sales teams with training and best practices to ensure a welcoming, high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, leasing, or sales preferred.
• Assisted living or memory care experience strongly preferred.
• CRM or lead management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and support multiple communities as needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support occupancy and revenue goals across assigned communities.
• Assist with inquiry management, tours, and follow-up processes.
• Improve conversion ratios (inquiry-to-tour, tour-to-deposit, deposit-to-move-in).
• Utilize relationship-based selling to drive occupancy growth.
• Ensure communities remain “tour ready” and deliver exceptional customer service.
