You will independently review legal documents and litigation correspondence to calculate, record, and disseminate docket dates in accordance with court rules, ensuring accuracy across matters. You will enter deadlines into Milana, support litigation teams, and coordinate with docketing attorneys to ensure deadlines are properly docketed.

Qualifications

• Independently review legal documents and litigation correspondence to calculate, record, and disseminate docket dates per court rules.
• Enter deadlines into Milana, the firm’s docketing platform.
• Support litigation teams and coordinate with docketing attorneys to ensure deadlines are docketed correctly.
• Quality review work product and escalate questions to the Litigation Docketing Manager and docketing attorneys.
• Assist with inter-department training on court rules research and interpretation; review docketing work product.
• Respond to inquiries from litigation teams regarding docketed events, deadlines, and court rules.
• Prepare and distribute regular docket reports to case teams per firm policy.
