• Familiarity with EHR, GenAI, wearables and behavioral economics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate the most complex and high-value cases in large-case underwriting.
• Provide expert judgment on escalated cases and assist staff and management.
• Communicate with field partners and home office for information gathering and problem solving.
• Build partnerships with distributions, agencies, and field partners to align service and decisions.
