Job summary

Veeva Systems is hiring for a remote, full-time consultant to lead discovery workshops, articulate complex concepts, and drive implementation of Commercial Content applications for life sciences clients. You will partner with customers to maximize solution adoption, manage builds and deployments, and ensure ongoing value through post-implementation support.

The role requires 4+ years of consulting experience in Life Sciences, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated consulting or equivalent experience.
• Industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Content/Document Management.
• Proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to articulate complex client and vendor concepts to audiences with varying levels of understanding.
• Strong presentation and solution design skills.
• Travel requirements up to 25%, depending on the team and post-implementation being non-travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with customers to align with best practices and drive solutions.
• Articulate complex concepts to audiences with varying perception levels to provide expertise.
• Develop and leverage Vault platform expertise.
• Plan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities.
• Identify and monitor interdependencies between program or project work streams.
• Create project deliverables and standards (e.g., process standards).
• Plan and establish after-go-live activities including ongoing support and changes to align with full capabilities.
