Job summary

VivoSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager, Life Sciences, for a US remote role.

You will own content strategy, creation, production, and performance across digital, web, social, sales, and events, translating technical science into credible content for pharma, biotech, clinical research, and digital health audiences. You will work with Science, Commercial, Product, and leadership to drive impact, ensure quality, and manage campaigns from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B content marketing or integrated marketing experience.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, digital health technologies, wearable sensors, or related regulated environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities with a portfolio of digital and print work.
• Advanced working knowledge of WordPress and managing website content.
• Experience using HubSpot for email marketing, landing pages, and campaign reporting.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn organic content and paid campaigns.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events.
• Experience in a CRO or life sciences services company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute an integrated content strategy aligned with commercial priorities and customer journey.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and more.
• Manage VivoSense website day-to-day within WordPress and coordinate with external resources as needed.
• Create polished visual assets for campaigns using Adobe CC and AI tools.
• Own LinkedIn organic strategy and paid campaigns with performance reporting.
• Plan campaigns and collateral for conferences and trade shows; represent the company at events.
• Collaborate with Science, Commercial, Product, and Executive Leadership.
