VivoSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager, Life Sciences, to own strategy, creation, production, and performance of content across digital, web, social, sales, and events.

You will translate highly technical subjects into clear, credible materials for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, and digital health audiences. Reporting to the VP, Sales & Marketing, this role requires sound judgment, scientific curiosity, and the ability to work with limited direction in a

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B content marketing or integrated marketing experience.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, digital health technologies, wearable sensors, digital measures, eClinical solutions, or related regulated environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities with a portfolio of digital and print work.
• Advanced working knowledge of WordPress and managing website content.
• Experience using HubSpot for email marketing, landing pages, campaigns, CRM-connected marketing, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn organic content and paid campaigns.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events.
• Experience in CROs, life sciences services, pharma/biotech, or clinical tech providers.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute an integrated content strategy aligned with commercial priorities and customer journey.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, and marketing collateral.
• Oversee day-to-day VivoSense website content in WordPress and coordinate with external resources as needed.
• Create polished visual assets for campaigns, ads, blog imagery, and presentations using Adobe CC.
• Lead LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns, planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Develop campaigns for conferences and trade shows, including collateral and pre/post-event content.
• Operate independently in a remote, resource-conscious environment.
