Job summary

VivoSense, Inc. in the US is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own the strategy and production of content across digital, web, social, and events for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and digital health audiences.

The role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and requires translating complex science into clear, credible content while collaborating with Science, Commercial, Product, and Executive leadership. Remote, US-based with travel to conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B content marketing or integrated marketing experience.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, digital health technologies, wearables, digital measures, eClinical solutions, or related regulated environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities with a portfolio of digital and print work.
• Advanced WordPress knowledge and experience managing website content and layouts.
• Experience using HubSpot for email marketing, landing pages, campaigns, CRM-connected marketing, and performance reporting.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn organic content and paid advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute an integrated content strategy aligned with commercial priorities, brand positioning, audiences, and customer journey.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across formats (blog, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, website, emails, digital ads, brochures, conference collateral).
• Manage VivoSense website content and WordPress-based updates, layouts, and media.
• Create polished visual assets for campaigns, blogs, websites, brochures, and presentations using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Lead LinkedIn organic strategy and paid campaigns, including audience definition, creative development, structuring, testing, budgets, and performance reporting.
• Plan campaigns and collateral for conferences and trade shows; represent VivoSense at domestic and international events.
