Job summary

VivoSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager, Life Sciences, to own content strategy and production across digital, web, social, sales, and events.

You will translate highly technical scientific topics into credible content for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and clinical research audiences. The role requires independent work in a remote setting, with collaboration across Science, Commercial, Product, and Leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B content marketing or integrated marketing experience with strategy and hands-on execution.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, digital health technologies, wearables, digital measures, or regulated research environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities with portfolio including digital and print work.
• Advanced WordPress experience for content management and site updates.
• Experience using HubSpot for email marketing, landing pages, CRM-connected marketing, and performance reporting.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn organic content and paid campaigns.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for trade shows and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute an integrated content strategy aligned with commercial priorities and customer journey.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, website content, emails, ads, collateral).
• Manage VivoSense website content via WordPress and coordinate with external resources as needed.
• Produce polished visual assets for LinkedIn campaigns, ads, blog imagery, and conference materials; use Adobe CC tools.
• Lead social media and paid digital campaigns on LinkedIn; plan, build, and optimize campaigns with performance reporting.
• Develop conference collateral and pre/post-event content; represent VivoSense at industry conferences and trade shows.
