VivoSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager, Life Sciences, to own strategy, creation, production, and performance of content across digital, web, social, sales, and events.

You will translate highly technical science into clear content for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, and digital health audiences. The role reports to the VP, Sales & Marketing and requires strong scientific curiosity, independent work in a remote setting, and collaboration with Science,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B content marketing experience with strategy and hands-on execution.
• Experience translating highly technical science into clear, credible content for pharma and digital health audiences.
• Strong visual design capabilities with a portfolio of digital and print work.
• Advanced WordPress expertise with content management and page layouts.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot email marketing, landing pages, and CRM-integrated campaigns.
• Experience managing LinkedIn organic content and paid campaigns.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events.
• Experience in CRO, life sciences, pharma, biotech, or clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute an integrated content strategy aligned with VivoSense commercial priorities and customer journey.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and website copy.
• Oversee day-to-day VivoSense website content in WordPress and coordinate external development when needed.
• Develop polished visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Photoshop.
• Plan and optimize LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns, including analytics and reporting.
• Create campaign plans and collateral for conferences and trade shows, including booth materials.
• Represent VivoSense at domestic and international industry events and conferences.
• Operate effectively in a remote, resource-conscious environment.
