Job summary

Holland & Hart LLP is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist in Boulder, CO to manage client bills using EBilling and accounting software. The role supports attorneys and staff to ensure accurate time and disbursement entries and to complete all billing on time.

You will prepare billing for specified attorneys, assist with billing inquiries, collaborate with clients on guidelines, and generate billing reports. Five+ years of related experience and strong Excel/Word skills are required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of related experience or Associate Degree and equivalent experience.
• Requires fundamental knowledge of accounting software and basic accounting principles.
• Analytical skills to apply knowledge to practical situations and foresee problems.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Good organizational and planning skills to prioritize and complete bills accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and handles all aspects of billing for specified attorneys and/or clients as assigned.
• Assists attorneys and staff with billing questions.
• Works with clients regarding billing guidelines, e-billing setup, and related issues.
• Processes time, disbursement, and billing reports for attorneys, staff and clients.
• Reviews client intake memos for billing guidelines and e-billing requirements.
