Ladders seeks an Associate Director, Encounter Data Management to lead strategy and execution of encounter data processes for government programs. This role partners with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, acceptance rates, and resolve issues affecting downstream performance.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation: $104,000-$143,000 annually. This is a hands-on leadership role guiding managers and associates and driving process improvements within the department.

Qualifications

• 4 years of product management leadership experience.
• 2 years of agile leadership experience.
• 4 years of people leadership or team management experience.
• 2 years of project management leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop business processes for encounter submission to Medicaid and Medicare
• Ensure encounter submission compliance standards are met
• Analyze data to improve encounter acceptance rates
• Identify and resolve complex technical and operational issues
• Lead multiple managers or specialized associates in department improvement
