Ladders seeks an Associate Director, Encounter Data Management to lead strategy and execution of encounter data processes for government programs. This role partners with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, acceptance rates, and resolve issues affecting downstream performance.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation: $104,000-$143,000 annually. This is a hands-on leadership role guiding managers and associates and driving process improvements within the department.

Qualifications

• 4 years of product management leadership experience.
• 2 years of agile leadership experience.
• 4 years of people leadership or team management experience.
• 2 years of project management leadership experience.

For our client, we are seeking an Associate Director, Encounter Data Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide the strategy and execution of encounter data management processes that support accurate submission and compliance across government healthcare programs. The Associate Director will partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, strengthen acceptance rates, and resolve operational and technical issues that affect downstream performance. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for driving process improvement, leading managers and specialized associates, and advancing team effectiveness.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $104,000 - $143,000 annually
