Qualifications

7+ years of healthcare experience.
5+ years People leadership.
8+ years experience in product ownership, management, or related field.
3+ years leading complex enterprise initiatives and multiple Agile teams.
Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe; experience with Rally, Jira, Azure DevOps.
Experience in Medicaid/Medicare payer operations and regulatory reporting.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead product ownership and delivery across encounter-processing portfolio.
Direct testing, QA, reporting, data integrity, and market performance support.
Translate needs into capabilities, test scenarios, and data rules.
