You will evaluate ROI of data workstreams, oversee daily processes, and support senior leadership with clear analyses; a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Medicare encounter data are required; flexible remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Medicare Advantage/ACA encounter data experience desired.
• Strong knowledge of X-12 837 transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Encounter Data Submission and Reconciliation programs.
• Evaluate ROI of ASM workstreams and drive workflow efficiencies.
• Oversee daily processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
