Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Lead - US Payroll and Executive Payroll to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own end-to-end payroll operations for senior executives and broader U.S. payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across each payroll cycle.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on payroll experience with end-to-end operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interaction.
• Experience with payroll technology and automation tools.
• Ability to implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with data security standards like GDPR and SOC 1.
• Demonstrated fiscal competence in managing payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely salary processing according to the payroll calendar.
• Manage deductions and benefits, including taxes and employee contributions.
• Oversee timely salary distribution through vendor and treasury coordination.
• Implement and manage payroll software and HRIS integration.
• Lead global payroll system projects and transformations.
• Resolve payroll queries and support HR services for escalations.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and enhance operational efficiency.
