Job summary

SaidGig in the United States is seeking a leader to drive high-impact healthcare and medical data projects that train and evaluate frontier AI models. You will serve as primary contact for AI lab customers, directing expert teams that include physicians, professors, and PhDs, and building scalable data workflows with strong integrity.

The role reports to the CEO and Head of Human Data; you will manage data pipelines, monitor KPIs, and provide executive updates on project status and operational

Qualifications

• MD strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, data operations, and human data experience.
• Exceptional stakeholder-management and communication skills with senior healthcare and medical experts.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience driving operational processes, managing large-scale healthcare data projects.

Responsibilities

• Own healthcare and medical projects from launch through delivery, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Manage complex data pipelines and improve their efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and quality.
• Lead Human Data Managers and Leads who review work completed by healthcare and medical subject-matter experts.
• Communicate directly with AI lab customers on large, high-impact engagements.
• Partner with Human Data Engineers to define and monitor KPIs across expert-led workflows.
• Provide executive-level updates on project status, data performance, and operational impact.
• Report to the CEO and Head of Human Data.
