Job summary

Mobilitas is seeking a Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims – Remote, to oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims across states. You will supervise investigations, guide negotiations, and ensure high-quality service while managing multiple shifts in a remote environment.

You will lead training, performance reviews, and policy compliance, acting as a SME for claim issues and regulatory reviews. A flexible remote setup supports collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• Technical experience in handling claims relevant to the adjuster role(s) supervised.
• HS/GED or 3-year customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow of claims.
• Manages budgetary planning and results for the business unit and oversees resources to control costs.
• Acts as claims liaison for commercial customers and brokers to build and maintain relationships.
• Performs trend and competitive analyses to identify process improvements.
• Conducts performance appraisals and recommends salary actions including promotions and terminations.
