Mobilitas is hiring a Sr. Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims — Remote. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, evaluate coverage questions, and provide settlement guidance.

The role includes leading a team, ensuring high service levels, and coordinating with partners and stakeholders from a remote environment. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, risk assessment, and collaboration to advance our mobility-focused commercial insurance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days.
• HS/GED or equivalent; virtual environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states.
• Provide guidance on coverage questions and settlement authority.
• Lead and develop claims staff; monitor service levels and quality.
• Collaborate with other departments on projects and budget planning.
• Serve as liaison with partners and manage catastrophe responses.
