Mobilitas is hiring a Sr. Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims – Remote to oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states. You will supervise 1st and 3rd party claims, provide guidance on coverage and settlement authority, and act as a liaison with partner states.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance management, and cross‑functional collaboration in a remote, nationwide setting with a focus on customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days of filling position.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow of claims across multiple states.
• Monitors goals and ensures department objectives are met.
• Provides technical expertise to adjusters on coverage and liability issues.
• Manages staff staffing levels and budget considerations.
• Acts as liaison with partners to build relationships and coordinate initiatives.
• Leads training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
