Job summary

PSI Pax, Inc. in Patuxent River, MD, seeks a Senior Software Developer to design and develop digital interfaces and knowledge management solutions.

You will lead design, development, deployment, and sustainment initiatives with a focus on usability and system performance. Applicants should have 10+ years in the field, with strong leadership, Agile/Scrum experience, and expertise in SharePoint, Power Platform, and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.

Qualifications

At least 10 years’ experience in the functional area, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of business system design and lifecycle management.
Experience delivering dynamic IT solutions in complex, unstructured situations.
Experience leading Agile SDLC and applying Scrum.
O365, SharePoint design, administration, and development expertise.
Business Intelligence tools including Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, DataVerse, Advana, DataBricks.

Responsibilities

Designs and develops digital user interfaces and websites across browsers and devices.
Oversees layout and navigation while guiding team tasks for efficiency.
Focuses on human-computer interaction, content management, and link integrity.
Provides leadership to deliver high-quality, user-friendly digital solutions.
Promotes knowledge sharing and builds a knowledge management framework.
Recommends data structures and databases to ensure accurate management reporting.
